OTHER WAYS TO GIVE

While cash gifts are the most common way to participate in the 'Sails Up' campaign, there are several other meaningful ways you can contribute to the future of First Baptist Church Clinton. We encourage you to explore these options as you prayerfully consider your commitment.

  • Gifts of Stock or Securities: Donating appreciated assets can often provide significant tax benefits for the donor while maximizing the impact of the gift.
  • Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD): If you are 70½ or older, you may be able to give directly from your IRA.
  • Non-Cash Assets: We can also accept gifts of real estate, business interests, or other personal property.
  • Legacy Giving: Consider including 'Sails Up' in your will or estate planning to ensure a lasting impact for generations to come.

The commitment phase is an essential step in our stewardship journey. By completing a Sails Up Commitment Card, you are making a prayerful investment in the future of First Baptist Church Clinton. This allows our leaders to plan responsibly and ensures we can meet our goals for the new sanctuary and ministry spaces.

Ways to Give

  • In-Person: Place your commitment card or gift in the offering plates at the end of any worship service.
  • Give Online: Visit our website and select 'Sails Up/Building' from the dropdown menu to set up a one-time or recurring gift.
  • By Mail: Checks can be mailed directly to the church office at 1531 N Vansant Rd., Clinton, MO 64735. Please note 'Sails Up' in the memo.
  • Creative Giving: For gifts of stock, property, or other non-cash assets, please contact our office to discuss tax-advantaged ways to support the campaign.
